A hopeful plea to hold onto your dream. Written in a fairly restricted register, as the commissioning ensemble was not a choir but instrumentalists singing together for an encore after an orchestral concert.

Still musical to your ears, Hold onto the sound Of water, streams, trees and wind; Bathe your dream in their waves Anointed with unmatched tones.
And in the deepest part of you, At the most intimate spot, Where walk, side by side, Fear and hope, Hold onto this dream exalting Your spirit To infinity." Written for the National Youth Orchestra of Canada in 2019 to be performed as an encore during their tour in Spain.
