Shipping
Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of placing it. The transit time for final delivery will depend on your preferred shipping method. Items on back order with the publisher may take up to an additional 10-15 business days until they can be shipped.
Your preferred shipping method can be selected during the checkout process. Actual shipping costs will be added to the order prior to submitting payment. We use UPS and United States Postal Service for deliveries. Both ground service and expedited shipping from these carriers is available. USPS is the only option for shipment to a Post Office Box.
Returns
Materials supplied correctly as ordered are not returnable without permission. Non-sheet music items, single octavos, special imports, and print on demand items are not returnable unless they are defective. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
